Saunders Passes Last Mountains For 25 Days of Snow Plains

Date: December 19, 2017
Approximate GPS Location: (-83.43, -46.08)

Ben has passed the last mountains he will see for 100 miles/25 days. He is now out onto the Antarctic Plateau, a vast, featureless plain of 'endless'white. His blogs show that as he skis, tugging his 300 pound sled behind him, he continues to face extremes of cold, wind and whiteouts as well as 'sweaty' relative warmth.
