Fishing and Quarantine on Carriacou
Date: November 25, 2020
Approximate GPS Location: (12.45°N, 61.49°W)
On November 11, Maldague moved on from the island of Martinique; he set sail for Carriacou and Grenada. It was a short journey and he arrived safely the next evening.
Carriacou required a health screening, COVID test and four-day quarantine, so Maldague was consigned to his boat while awaiting results. Anchored in a specific quarantine area of Tyrell Bay he spent his time meditating and fishing.
The test came back negative and he was cleared to go ashore on November 19. Since then he has been exploring the island on a series of short hikes.
