Bitten by Dog in Tunisia

Date: May 19, 2018
Approximate GPS Location: (13.43°N, 16.73°W)

Butter has been making a chaotic path through African countries and having a lot of adventures in each one.

In Tunisia, while running with his friend Andy, his path was blocked by a pack of angry dogs. Although the two stopped, turned around and slowly walked away, the leader of the pack lunged at Butter and bit him in the thigh. Nothing serious, but soon after it was a rush to the doctor for rabies shots.

In Senegal a very kind stranger, Serignendaw (sp), ran with him for 13 miles.

And then going into Gambia, all flights were cancelled so then it was a 9-hour taxi ride, a heavily militarized border which included an 8-hour overnight delay in no-mans land - sleeping in the taxi, that is!
